We invite you to register as the users of the Central Library of Valka county remotely!

When you become a registered library user, you will have the opportunity to:

- take books, journals, etc. to home,

- use library computers and Internet,

- use the e-book library 3td.lv.

We offer to register remotely in the library.

Fill out THE FORM and send it to valkasbiblioteka@valka.lv

If you have the option, sign it with a secure electronic signature. If an e-signature is not available to you now, you will be able to confirm your identity on the first library visit.

After we have received the completed questionnaire, we will register you as the user of the library and send you the authorization data that enables you to order the documents in the E-katalog library.
